12 Week Challenge!!

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness, eat a little cleaner, train for a special event, gain muscle or get back to your pre baby body ONLY you have the power decide to START to transform and make a CHANGE in your life and we want to help. Activ Gracemere is holding our first 12 Week Challenge to not only help our current members to create a change but also the Gracemere community to Get Fit & Be Activ.

Throughout the 12 weeks we will educate you on the best nutrition, exercises and supplements for YOUR goals and YOUR body type. You will be given a trainer/mentor who will be with you every step of the way. They will you push to new limits and you out of your comfort zones. You will do things you never thought possible BUT most of all they will put 110% into helping YOU get to YOUR goals.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, tighten or tone your trainer will create nutrition and exercise plans during your 12 weeks that are suited to your goals.

Everyone at Activ both staff, members or other challenges will be with you every step of the way, providing motivation and support to help you ALL stay on track and reach your health and fitness goals.
